1.3. Customers are advised to check their spam or junk folders if they do not receive their ticket confirmation email in their inbox.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. All ticket sales through our website are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law or in the event of event cancellation, rescheduling, or significant changes.

2.2. In the event of event cancellation, customers will be eligible for a refund of the ticket’s face value, excluding any service fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.

3. Return Policy

4. Cancellation Policy
